1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you create invoices, we store invoice details including client name, email, line items, and amounts. We do not store any payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide the SendPaid service: creating and managing invoices, sending payment notifications, and processing subscription billing. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. SendPaid never sees or stores your credit card details. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Cookies
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@sendpaid.co. We will process your request within 30 days.
