1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SendPaid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
SendPaid provides invoice creation and payment collection tools for freelancers and small businesses. We are not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. under their terms of service.
3. Accounts & Billing
Free accounts may add up to 3 clients. Pro accounts ($9/month) have unlimited clients and invoices. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use SendPaid for illegal activities, fraud, or any purpose that violates Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payments & Disputes
SendPaid facilitates payment collection but is not responsible for disputes between invoicing parties and their clients. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe's dispute resolution process.
6. Limitation of Liability
SendPaid is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost payments, data loss, or business interruption.
